Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Barvinok Digital (M. Fashchevskyi, a registered sole proprietor (ФОП) in Ukraine, “we”, “us”). By buying or using our products you agree to them.

1 · What we sell

We sell digital products: downloadable guides (the Boss Girl System, the Path Finder) and browser-based studio applications (Brow Muse, Lash Muse, Nail Muse). All products are delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.

2 · Your licence

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part.

3 · Orders, payment and delivery

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details are handled by them and are never stored by us. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in the displayed currency. Access is delivered instantly after payment, by an on-screen link and/or email.

4 · Educational purpose & no earnings guarantee

Our income-related products (including the Boss Girl System and the Path Finder) are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Every figure is sourced or labelled as an estimate. We make no guarantee of any income or result — outcomes depend on your effort, skill, market and other factors outside our control.

5 · Acceptable use

• Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the products.
• Don’t reverse-engineer or misuse the studio apps.
• Don’t use our content to build a directly competing product.

6 · Intellectual property

All content, design, text, code and artwork remain the property of Barvinok Digital. Your licence does not transfer ownership.

7 · Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

8 · Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version always lives on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
